Music as a therapy

Music is very usefull in lots of ways.
There are songs that can make us happier in a day that we are in a bad mood, there are songs that can make us relax in days that we are stressed and tired. To listen to a good song is always a good option.
There are studies that defend how can music influence on therapies and treatments, and it was proved that in some cases it helps a lot. Relaxing instrumental songs, like Bethoven, can help people to relax, to forget about problems that may be worring them, to sleep, and consequently, to acelerate the heal process.
It works as a psycological treatment, relaxing people and making them feel better about themselfs and their physical situation.
To read a book may also help, but there isn't nothing so simple ans easy as listen to a good song.

  1. I do believe there are songs that make us happier, they're so good. But, don't you think, even it is already proven there are the good points, we have to be concerned about listen to a lot of music can make us dependent of them? I don't know, sometimes I believe that everything has a piece of badness or goodness.
