Relax, take your time (:

                                          
Stress is a very common word, specially for those who live in big cities like São Paulo.
There are many different actions witch can cause stress, like: to work too much, to work a little in a job that you don't like, to study too much, to be ancious, to argue with someone, to fail in tests ...
Sometimes its a little difficult to relax, because usually, those people who are stressed for working or studing too much, don't have time (or at least they think they don't) to do some activities that it might help, as practicing sports, going out with friends or going to a SPA.
When people start to work too much, they normally think that is not possible to do another thing, but is extremely necessary to remeber that we need to rest, to relax and, of course, to have fun !
Spending some minutes with people that you like is a very good way to relax and forget about the daily stress, its also good to watch movies, dance with some friends and go out for dinner sometimes. Its also good to put your hobbies in practice, and you can enjoy the free time to start doing something that you always wanted but you neved did (like theater classes or yoga).
To sum up: work, work, work, but remeber: commas mean pauses !

Nightmares

Who never woke up scared after a bad dream ?
To dream that you are falling from a very high building or that someone is trying to kill you is "common".
And when I say common, I mean that lots of people around the world have constantly this kinds of dream, and they believe that there is a meaning for this nightmares.
Some people say that it depends on your emotional feeling in the present time, like if you are tired, sad or angry, this can really influence on your sleeping nights. Althought, some people say that there is nothing to do with your emotional feeling, but with messages that someone from "another world" wants to pass for you.
To believe or not believe in this kinds of things is an opition of each one, there are people who don't even believe in dreams or nightmares and think that is completely silly to discuss about it.
Even so, sometimes dreams can confuse us, but one thing is true: After a nightmare, is always good to wake up and realize that everything was unreal.
